ACTFL has officially opened the new SIG that was established by the National Heritage Language Resource Center. We urge all ACTFL members to join the SIG for the modest annual fee of only $5. And if you are not a member of ACTFL, please do become one and join the SIG at the same time. 

The Heritage SIG's mission is to promote best teaching practices when working with heritage language speakers across all languages, through the sharing of research findings, effective pedagogy, and the development of well-designed materials.
