Christopher Dodd (CT), Tom Harkin (IA), Barbara Mikulski (MD), Jeff Bingaman
(NM), Paul Wellstone (MN), Patty Murray (WA), Jack Reed (RI), John Edwards (NC),
Hillary Clinton (NY), Joseph Lieberman (CT), and Evan Bayh (ID); Republicans
Judd Gregg (NH), Bill Frist (TN), Mike Enzi (WY), Tim Hutchinson (AR), John
Warner (VA), Christopher Bond (MO), Pat Roberts (KS), Susan Collins (ME), Jeff
Sessions (AL), Mike DeWine (OH), Wayne Allard (CO), and John Ensign (NV); and
Independent Jim Jeffords (VT). </P>

favor, however FLAP still has a chance at survival. To save FLAP, it is
absolutely vital that you <B>write your Senators and Representative</B> letting
them know what an important, successful program FLAP is, and asking them to
support FLAP in the conference committee. This is of immediate importance as the
committee had its first meeting yesterday. </FONT></P>
