be English speakers. My guess is that</span></font> <br>

<font size=2><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>translator was a native speaker of
Rumanian and that while 'mistakes</span></font> <br>
<font size=2><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>were</span></font> <br>
<font size=2><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>made,' the ones mentioned so far
were not substantive. An elegant</span></font> <br>
<font size=2><span style='font-size:10.0pt'>translation would have been better,
