Dear colleagues, Let me introduce to you the new list in General Linguistics "Human Language" (HumLang) The list is a part of Russian network "Social Sciences and Humanities" established and technically and financially supported by some Russian and American institutions. Indispensable is a grant support of the project by the program IATP of the organisation "Project Harmony", Miamy University (Oxford, Ohio), personal fund of Prof. V. Hevigshurst. The purpose of the editorial board of the list is to create a kind of electronic bulletin for discussing and mutual informing about actual questions of the Human Language nature studies, correspondences of it with other natural languages (languages of animals), specific features of its typological, stylistic and national variants, mechanisms of its historical changes, etc. The specific feature of this list will be that it is the first Russian linguistic list.
