Hi Markus,

If you mean just the bracketed attribute value matrices, that can be
done by my avm.sty which you can get either from:

	http://www.sultry.arts.usyd.edu.au/cmanning/tex/

or it is contained in:

	ftp://csli-ftp.stanford.edu/pub/TeXfiles/tree-dvips.tar.gz

It's free!  If you want phrase-structure trees with AVM nodes, then you
additionally need a tree package, but avm.sty interacts perfectly well
with several well-known tree packages.
