I received a lot of helpful replies to my request for Yilmaz
Kilicaslan's email address. Thank you very much. I appreciate your help!
	However, it seems that Y.K. hasn't read his email for some time with no
indication of when he will next read it.
	This leads me to ask whether his dissertation is circulating or whether
one can download it somewhere.
