HPSG-03, suggestions for a program chair

Hi, everybody!

Thanks to Byung-Soo Park and Jong-Bok Kim, and their team, we enjoyed a
very good and very pleasant conference in Seoul.
it's time to turn to next year's conference. We would like suggestions for
a program chair for next year's conference (which will be held in East
lancing, Michigan, July 03).
The ideal person would be not too junior, but somebody who has not yet done
the job.
