Research Assistant (male/female) (Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter) with a degree in Linguistics (Magister Artium, Master of Arts, Ph.D.) <BR>

This vacancy should be filled within short. <BR>

Main tasks: <BR>

<BR>

- Gathering, evaluating and handling of extensive material such as annotated corpora, grammars etc.<BR>

- Participation in research and teaching (two courses per semester) in empirical computational linguistics and theoretical linguistics <BR>

<BR>

Required qualifications: <BR>

<BR>

- good skills in a programming language, preferably PERL or Prolog<BR>

- emphasis on symbolic or statistical computational linguistics. <BR>
