We are pleased to share the Call for Abstracts for an edited volume titled "Language and Food: Macro, Meso and Micro Analysis of Food Discourse", edited by Takako Kawabata (SOAS University of London) and Daniela Cesiri (Ca' Foscari University of Venice).<br>
<br>
The volume brings together interdisciplinary perspectives on how language and food intersect as semiotic and social practices, examining how food-related discourse produces, circulates and transforms meaning and value across contexts. Contributions are invited
that analyse food discourse at the micro, meso and/or macro levels, and may be empirical and/or theoretical in orientation.<br>
