Introduction

[Terese Rand Bridges]

My name is Terese Rand Bridges. I am currently residing in Albuquerque, New
Mexico, but am completing my dissertation in Language, Reading and Culture
at the University of Arizona. My primary research interests are bilingual
education and the role of schools in language maintenance. I am particularly
interested in using technology to increase networking among indigenous
groups throughout the Americas, and the world.

I have only been on the listserve a few days, but am excited about its
possibilities!
