This issue is directed to philosophical issues raised by the recent
9th Circuit Court of appeals opinion:

It is our purpose to have this issue in print by October, in the
hope that if the case goes to the U.S. Supreme Court, indigenous
thinkers might have an opportunity to address the controversy at a
meaningful time.
