Well, that reviewer sure wasn't me. I'm amazed that this reviewer's
ridiculous opinion carried weight with the panel. The only circumstance
in which I can see this being reasonable is if the last speaker is
known to be such a poor source that little useful could be obtained,
which I assume is not the case.
