Aboriginal people in remote parts of Australia remain the most marginalized
group in the country who face poverty and discrimination everyday. In
general the perceptions are that Aboriginal Australians somehow get special
treatment. But their history of dispossession and disadvantage shows the
reality.

IndigiTUBE is an online community for sharing and accessing media made by
and for Indigenous people in remote Australia. It has been developed by
Alice Springs based community funded organization, Indigenous Community
Television (ICTV) & the national body - Indigenous Remote Communications
Association (IRCA). IndigiTUBE includes both a radio portal and a video
streaming service.
