Conference Hopes to Preserve Native American Languages

This week, Native Americans from across California are gathering at UC
Berkeley for the Breath of Life conference, to talk about how to keep their
languages alive. About half of the state's 80 tribal languages have died
out, some of them fairly recently. Reporter: Anne Hoffman
