Bilingual Education listserve)<BR>which is run out of ASU. It's got some
extraneous stuff from time to time, but<BR>most of the postings have to do
specifically with 203. For instance, there's<BR>something going on right now
with ADE and the SEI endorsement. Tim Hogan<BR>(Arizona Center for Law in the
Public Interest) has just been granted a<BR>pre-trial hearing in Tucson, which
is required before he formally sues the<BR>State. Anyway, there's been lots of
traffic on the listserve about this.<BR><BR>The best way to join is to contact
