I hope all of you remember me. I was a Fulbright scholar in America from March to August, 2007. <br>
I am a Head of the state and law disciplines Deparment of the Tatar <br>
state humanitarian and pedagogical university (Kazan, Russia). <br>
On May 19, 2008 we will organize a conference “Contemporary questions of <br>
the people’s rights in the modern world”. It will be international <br>
conference. We will publish a collection of articles in Russian and <br>
