Some wonder why we always bring up the past and tell us "get over it!"<BR>

but unless we remember it,we become numb, inactive and unaware of <BR>

what many in the majority culture choose to remain ignorant about.<BR>

What outsiders often decide is "honoring First Nations peoples"<BR>

may in its very action , be actually degrading and give proof of cultural ignorance.<BR>

The best Intentions when coupled by Insensitivity can cause the worst damage.<BR>
