<p><br></p><p>The German Association for Endangered Languages (Gesellschaft für bedrohte Sprachen - <strong><a href="http://www.uni-koeln.de/gbs/e_index.html" target="_blank">GBS</a></strong>) offers funding opportunities for the documentation and maintenance of endangered languages and dialects (see GBS charter <a href="http://www.uni-koeln.de/gbs/e_satz.html">http://www.uni-koeln.de/gbs/e_satz.html</a>). Individuals and organisations may apply for funding of <strong>up to 1,500 € </strong>for
such projects. It is also possible to apply for additional funding for
part of a larger project, if the use of the additional funding is
