How about Kamusi (<a href="http://www.kamusi.org">www.kamusi.org</a>)? They have a user-friendly platform that is ready for people to input data (as opposed to starting from scratch). It's a multilingual, multimedia platform which can be tailored to fit any particular language's grammatical structure.<div>
