<div dir="ltr">Hi Bernadette,<div>In my experience, the going rate in this situation tends to be the equivalent of what the teachers would be getting. It's hard to give an exact figure but a rate like this gives recognition that the language worker has educational skills which complement those of the teachers.</div>
