Evolutionary biology is not any more or any less explanatory than chemistry
or physics.  Evolutionary biology is a powerful tool in the lab and a highly
predictive discipline in the field.  The test of science is reproducible
results.  Which is what "predictability" in science means. (Not
prognostication.)
