Suffix -ar in IE and Vennemann's Vasconic

For whatever it may be worth, I believe that IE -*te/or is a combination of
the simpler elements -*te/o (collective/iterative) and -*(He/o)r(e/o),
'man'.

Both elements occur in AA so that there seems to be no need to assume a
substrate influence to account for them in IE.
