My understanding is that Etruscan formed a past tense, unmarked for aspect,
in -c or -ce:  -turce-, (he) gave, -svalce-, lived, -lupuce-, died.

Resusciter le grand Roy d'Angolmois
Avant apres Mars regner par bonheur.
