Yes, they are:

Finnic-Saamic *kas´a- > Estonian (Southern Dialect) kadsa 'corner of the
back of an axe blade'

Finnic-Saamic *suki- > Estonian sugema 'arise, develop, be born etc.',
sugu 'family, kin'
