The Linguistics Department at the University of Maryland invites
listeners to attend MARYLAND MAYFEST 2001: COGNITIVE NEUROSCIENCE OF
LANGUAGE.

We will examine recent progress at attempts to bridge the study of
language with studies of neuroscience and genetics.

We will hear talks in 5 areas: Hemodynamics, Aphasia, Language
Development in Special Populations, Computational Neuroscience, and
Electrophysiology.
