Speech-Language Pathologist Research Position

The Frank Porter Graham Child Development Institute at the University of
North Carolina in Chapel Hill is seeking a full-time speech-language
pathologist (SLP) for a multidisciplinary research project examining the
communication skills of young males with fragile X syndrome and Down
syndrome.  Participating families reside in North Carolina, Georgia,
South Carolina, Maryland, and Virginia.  As a member of the research
project staff, the SLP will schedule assessment visits and administer
developmental and speech-language measures to study children.
Requirements include two years experience working with children with
developmental disabilities.  Availability for travel (approximately 8
nights per month) is required.
