errors tagging

Dear All,

     I don’t understand something about CLAN programs:
If it is possible (for example) to automatically generate a %mor tier from a main tier by using MOR, is there a CLAN program also for errors tagging? to automatically generate an %err tier?
Or could it be done only by hand?
