statistical software

Hello.I was wondering if any one is aware of software  packages that are
designed to handle time-series designs and which  will generate graphs for
multiple base-line single subject designs. This is not  something SPSS and excel can
handle. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.  I'm  looking for a stats program
that will generate publication quality graphs  :)
