Relationship between eating and sleep?

Annette,
Although I know of no studies, I do know that when working with a set of twins
with growth retardation, their pediatrician recommended meds to help them
sleep because sleep is associated with growth. I would be interested in what
you find. Please share! Thanks and good luck!
