We are seeking to fill a full-time position on an NIH-supported research
project comparing the word learning of children with specific language
impairment, high functioning autism, and normal language development.

 

Required qualifications of the desired candidate would be excellent
organizational and interpersonal skills and basic computer literacy. A
Bachelor¹s degree in speech pathology, psychology, or a related discipline
supplemented by one or more years of experience in the conduct of natural
health or science research or equivalent combination of education and
experience is required. At least one year experience working with children
and their families is required. Experience with children on the autistic
spectrum is desirable.

 

Responsibilities include data collection, entry, and analysis; subject
recruitment and scheduling; maintenance of subject files and correspondence;
and coordination of lab activities. Training is provided.

This is a term position renewable yearly for up to three years given
