Formulaic language and Wong-Fillmore

I am working on the acquisition of Danish as a second language by 3-6 years
old children. I am focussing on repetitions, imitations and formulaic
language (constructions, holophrases...). And I am trying to find out where
to get hold of Wong-Fillmore's unpublished thesis from the 70's, a work that
is extensively cited but hard to find.
I would be very grateful if anybody could help me out.
Also, suggestions to other relevant work would be welcome.
