corpus situation analysis

Dear child language researchers,

I'm trying to create a coding scheme to analyze corpus data for  
situations and activities child and parents are involved in, e.g.  
vocal play, physical play, book reading, eating etc., and I wonder if  
anyone of you has done such an analysis already or knows of any study  
that might be of help for a convenient categorization?
