Announcing the Society for Language Development's Annual Symposium:

                Cognition and Language

         SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2010, 2:30 -
6:00pm
     Boston University, George Sherman Student Union
                Boston, Massachusetts

        Noam Chomsky  (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)

        Charles R. Gallistel   (Rutgers University)

Language learning is a cognitive process, recruiting both
domain-general skills and capacities that are specific to language.
To discuss relations between language and other cognitive processes,
the Society for Language Development has invited Noam Chomsky and
Charles R. Gallistel to speak.  The symposium includes their talks,
discussion, and an informal reception.  Please join us!
