Halliday's Phase II functions

Dear all,

Does anyone know of studies which incorporate Halliday's Phase II
functions (i.e. mathetic and pragmatic)? There seem to be quite a
number of studies which use Phase I categories but so far I haven't
found many that look at Phase II.

Any help would be gratefully received.
