Postdoc Position Frankfurt Relative Clause Acquisition

Dear all,

Goethe University of Frankfurt, Institute of Psycholinguistics and
Didactics of German, offers a full-time post-doc research position (100%
TV-G-U E13) within the project

“Child acquisition of (non)restrictive relative clauses in German" (CARU,
PI: Petra Schulz)

The project is part of the research group "Relative clauses", funded by the
German Research Foundation (DFG) and currently consisting of eight projects
that investigate relative clauses from different perspectives. For more

The desired starting date is March 1, 2013, or before and the position is
initially limited until September 30, 2014. Depending on evaluation
results, the project can be extended for three more years. Candidates who
are interested in a half time position will also be considered; if suitable
candidates apply, the position can be split.

expected to have extensive knowledge in at least one of the following
areas: semantics, syntax, language acquisition, experience with statistical
evaluation programs. Candidates without working knowledge of German are
expected to learn German within the first year of employment.
