The Center for Research in Cognition and Learning (CeRCA,
http://cerca.labo.univ-poitiers.fr) at the University of Poitiers has
an opening position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, with
tenure. The candidate will be expected to carry out an active research
program in the psychology of language and in psycholinguistics, with a
strong interest in acquisition and its disorders. The candidate will
join a research program on oral and written language abilities of
children and adolescent with specific language impairments.

The successful candidate will teach both undergraduate and master's
level courses in experimental and developmental psychology.
The position is a permanent one: assistant/associate professors
(maîtres de conférences) may be later promoted to Full Professor
level, but are assured of lifetime employment.
French citizenship is not a prerequisite. French candidates are
required to have the CNU qualification in sections 16 (psychology).
Foreign candidates can obtain equivalence.

 Le Centre de Recherches sur la Cognition et l'Apprentissage (CeRCA)
de l’Université de Poitiers (UMR CNRS 7295) va recruter un(e) Maitre
de Conférences dans le domaine de l’acquisition du langage et/ou des
pathologies du langage.
Les candidats devront pouvoir inscrire prioritairement leurs travaux
dans un programme de recherche portant sur les capacités orales et
écrites de personnes (particulièrement, enfants et adolescents)
présentant des troubles d'acquisition du langage. Ils devront posséder
de solides compétences en psychologie du langage et en
psycholinguistique. Le ou la candidat(e) retenu(e) rejoindra l'équipe
"Production Ecrite", ou l'équipe "Capacités Langagières et
Interactions Finalisées" du CeRCA (http://cerca.labo.univ-
poitiers.fr/).
