Displaying age in CLAN

Dear all,
For some reason, I can't get the display of age to work in CLAN.

For example, I used the command: *kwal +o at Age -t* *.cha *from the manual,
but it didn't show any age information.

Perhaps someone could be so kind and assist me with this?
