<html><DIV>Dear Info-Childes list members,</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I am currently searching for references regarding the study of preschool-age children with language impairments and their performance during story-book reading with their mothers or other adults, as well as story-book reading as an intervention tool for this population. Unfortunately, my database searches have yielded few references, perhaps a dozen at most. In an effort to ensure that I have a comprehensive list of such studies, I'd like to ask for suggestions from the child language research population. I will post a summary of replies to the list. Thanks so much for your help.</DIV>
