A full time postdoctoral research scientist position is available from

August 2004 at the Centre for Developmental Language Disorders and

Cognitive Neuroscience

(<a href="http://www.ucl.ac.uk/dldcn" eudora="autourl"><font color="#0000FF"><u>http://www.ucl.ac.uk/dldcn</a>)</font></u>,

University College London, UK. The post holder will lead a research

project entitled "Phonological representation and processing in

children with SLI". This 3-year project is funded by the Economic

and Social Research Council and will be run in close collaboration with

<font color="#0000FF"><u>Franck Ramus</font></u> (LSCP, Paris) and

<font color="#0000FF"><u>Stuart Rosen</font></u> (UCL). It will

investigate phonological processing in children with specific language

impairment, in relation to other aspects of their language disorder, and

as compared to dyslexic and unimpaired children. Candidates should have a

PhD and a strong research background in psycholinguistics, developmental

psychology, cognitive neuroscience, linguistics, or a related discipline.
