<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style=""
lang="EN-GB"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">The IASCL has
different committees to which members are appointed. In the next
Congress in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:state w:st="on">Berlin</st1:state></st1:place>
different members of the Executive Committee as well as the new
President, Vice-President, and Secretary of the Association must be
elected. The Executive Committee consists of 15 members elected for
6-year terms. The next Regular Business Meeting, which will take place
during the Berlin Congress the 27<sup>th</sup> of July, we will elect
11 new members of the Executive Committee, and the new President,
Vice-President, and Secretary.</font></font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><br>
<span style="" lang="EN-GB"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman"><o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style=""
lang="EN-GB"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">The
Nominating Committee will submit a slate of nominees for the positions
open on the Executive Committee and for the officers (President,
Vice-President, and Secretary) which will include twice as many
nominees as there are positions open. <o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style=""
lang="EN-GB"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">The
Nominating Committee encourages you to present nominations up until
February the 26<sup>th</sup>. Each nomination for the new President,
Vice-President, and Secretary should be submitted in writing, and shall
include the mailing address of the nominee, a brief statement of
his/her qualifications for office, and the signatures of both the
person nominating the candidate and the person seconding the
nomination, both of whom must be members of the IASCL. Nominations for
the positions open in the Executive Committee should also be submitted
to the Nominating Committee. The executive committee includes a varied
representation of members from different countries.<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p>
