received an enquiry regarding the nomination process, and I would like
to make the following clarification.<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p>

lang="EN-GB"><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Although the
Governing Statute of the IASCL says that a second is required for each
nomination, this procedure is not very adequate for today’s age of
e-mails. For this reason if anyone has a nomination to make, please go
ahead and forward it to me even if not seconded by another member.<o:p></o:p></font></font></span></p>
