University of Waterloo, Canada would like to announce the following
search for an Associate or tenure-track Assistant Professor in
Developmental Psychology. Apologies to anyone receiving multiple

The Department of Psychology at the University of Waterloo (located
approximately 1 hour west of Toronto) invites applications for a
position in Developmental Psychology at the Associate or tenure-track
Assistant Professor level. The successful candidate must have a Ph.D.
in Developmental Psychology or related area. We are interested in
applicants from all areas of developmental psychology, especially if
their research would contribute to the developmental division's
focus on the role of social and cognitive development in language
acquisition, children's interactions and child-adult communication.
We are seeking an individual who has a strong research record and
commitment to teaching, research, and the supervision of undergraduate
and graduate students. Information regarding the department and the

The anticipated start date for the positions is July 1, 2006. Review
