Mariana Sigstad suggested that the best way to elicit speech is to depend on children's interest. And the first thing I should do is to pair myself with the child. Facts indicate that these ideas have been of much help to me. </SPAN></P>

She suggested me to log on the following website which contains almost all of her research on SLI including books, tests and articles from year 1995-2007.These articles are about the cause, etiology, characteristics of SLI. In addition, there are some articles about language problems of children with autism or mental retardation.</SPAN></P>
