The award is made to the author (not an editor) of a book in psychology that has had or promises to have a profound effect on the field of developmental psychology or any of its areas. (Co-authored books may be nominated.) Books published in 2007 and 2008 are eligible for the award this year.</SPAN><FONT size=3><FONT face="Times New Roman"> <o:p></o:p></FONT></FONT></P>
