This volume contains thirteen papers that use Spanish data to treat a

series of problems which are central to current linguistic theory and
provide up-to date analyses of these data. The papers deal with
connected syntactic and semantic issues in different dialects of
Spanish, in related languages (Galician, Catalan, German, etc.) or in
different stages in the evolution or acquisition of Spanish. Thus, the
book will be of interest for theoretical, descriptive, contrastive and
pedagogical purposes.
