Cuarto Coloquio. El tema del coloquio este año es: “Aproximaciones

recent approaches to the study of language, literature and film. <br

technologies in disseminating literature and film <br />Literature and
film in the age of the Kindle and Hulu<br />The role of new
technologies in academic research in the fields of language,
literature and film<br />New approaches to classic texts and films<br
/>New applications of old theories<br />New theories applied to old
texts and movies<br />Recent trends in linguistics<br />Current
approaches to language variation and change<br />Theoretical
approaches to the study of language<br />New trends in second language
acquisition, education, and pedagogy<br />Issues in discourse
analysis, language policy, and bilingualism<br /><br />You may submit
300-word proposals for papers and/or panels by May 1, 2010 to
wvucoll@mail.wvu.edu<br /><br />Please include a cover letter
containing the proposal’s title, complete contact information, and
institutional affiliation. The program will allow twenty minutes for
the presentation of each paper. Papers may be read in English,
