/><br /><b>Descripción</b><br /><p> Applications are invited
for a lectureship in Hispanic Studies in the School of Humanities at
the University of Strathclyde. Candidates for this post should have a
completed PhD in any branch of Hispanic Studies and be able to prove
their potential for research in any area of Hispanic Studies, though
preference may be given to those with an expertise in Peninsular
studies. The successful candidate will have a high level of fluency in
both spoken and written Spanish and English. Candidates for this post
should have experience in teaching Spanish language and, ideally,
cultural studies classes. An interest and some experience in teaching
Translation and Interpretation should be an advantage.<br /><br />Open
