<em>Description</em></a></p><hr /><br /><b>Descripción</b><br
/><p> El Corpus Histórico del Español de México (CHEM) está
constituido, por un lado, por una amplia y creciente colección de
documentos diacrónicos que representan diversos géneros textuales; y
por otro lado, por las herramientas para explorarla y analizarla.
Estas últimas fueron desarrolladas en el Grupo de Ingeniería
Lingüística (GIL) del Instituto de Ingeniería de la UNAM mediante
el patrocinio de la DGAPA y el CONACyT.<br /><br />La colección de
documentos del CHEM se ha reunido gracias a la participación de
lingüistas, filólogos, historiadores y paleógrafos. La
conformación y el crecimiento del CHEM se debe en gran parte a la
inclusión de materiales que estos especialistas han trasladado a
formato electrónico para sus investigaciones. A este núcleo, se han
agregado transcripciones hechas por estudiantes de lingüística y
filología, becarios, prestadores de servicio social y voluntarios.
