There are rumors spreading that this list is moderated. It is not. It is
not censored or
moderated. But the server is often down.

If anyone has tried to post and has not succeeded I would like to know.

Because of the problems we have with the server I am thinking of moving
it to something like yahoogroups.com.

Any comments? Please post to the mailing list.
