[Lexicog] salutations and leave-takings

The indigenous Tuwali Ifugao salutation is 'Where are you going?', (The
brief answer is 'there'.) and if one wants to talk for a while, the
salutation is 'Got any betelnut?' (If one doesn't want to take time to talk,
the answer is 'None. Perhaps next time'.)
The indigenous leave-taking is 'Okay. Until next time.'

I hadn't thought about this before, but perhaps these should be multi-word
entries in the dictionary, with 'hello', 'good-by', and 'let's visit' in the
English index.

The English expressions are used without translation.
